Assistant Manager, Talent Development (Learning Advisor)

About the role

Join EY’s Talent Development team in Sri Lanka as an Assistant Manager (Learning Advisor). You will lead the planning, deployment and impact measurement of learning initiatives, ensuring they align with both central TD strategy and local business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of the location’s Talent Development approach with the central TD strategy and drive effective deployment of learning initiatives.
• Manage learning deployment across levels with a strong focus on adoption, business relevance, and measurable impact.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of the learning plan for the service line, including needs analysis, skill‑building interventions, solution design, program calendar deployment and monitoring progress.
• Leverage internal learning platforms and technology to enhance reach, engagement and tracking.
• Provide insightful business inputs to design classroom, e‑learning or blended learning programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align learning initiatives to service‑line priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and consulting skills, able to engage multiple audiences.
• Proven experience in program management of large‑scale learning deployments.
• Ability to build trust‑based relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders.
