Senior/Lead IFS Procurement Consultant (SCM)

About the role

IGT1 is seeking a Senior/Lead IFS Procurement Consultant to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of Procurement and Supply Chain processes within IFS Cloud. You will own the end‑to‑end Procurement workstream, from solution design through Go‑Live, hyper‑care, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Fit‑to‑Standard workshops and solution design for Procurement modules.
• Configure Requisition, Sourcing/RFQ, Purchase Orders, Supplier Management, and Inventory & Stock Management.
• Design and optimise Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes.
• Support supplier master‑data migration and validation.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate integrations with finance, inventory, and supplier platforms.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go‑Live activities.
• Provide L2/L3 support and drive post‑Go‑Live process optimisation.
• Engage stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and Operations.

Required profile

• 7+ years of ERP Procurement/SCM consulting experience.
• Proven delivery experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
• Strong understanding of the Procure‑to‑Pay lifecycle and inventory/supplier management.
• Experience in data migration, UAT, and Go‑Live support.
• Familiarity with public procurement regulations is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
