Recruitment Manager – Construction & Engineering

About the role

The Recruitment Manager will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for construction and engineering positions. This role bridges the talent market with project needs, ensuring the right expertise is secured for each assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for construction and engineering requirements.
• Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer and joining.
• Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on project and industry experience.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and niche construction roles.
• Conduct salary, availability, notice‑period and candidate‑interest checks.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and account/client teams.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting for construction, engineering or related technical fields.
• Ability to interpret technical job descriptions and match candidate expertise.
• Strong coordination skills with hiring managers and client teams.
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines.
