About the role

IMM Consult, Sri Lanka's leading immigration agency, is seeking an enthusiastic Immigration Consultant to join its client‑focused team in Colombo. You will guide individuals and families through the immigration process, helping them achieve their goals of relocating abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised consultations on immigration options and services offered by IMM Consult.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with the expert immigration team to tailor solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.
• Stay updated on immigration policies, procedures, and trends to deliver accurate, timely information.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an immigration consultant or in a similar client‑facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Genuine passion for helping others achieve their immigration goals.
