Site Engineer / Technical Officer / Site Supervisor – Residential Construction

About the role

Lexmo Sri Lanka is seeking an experienced professional to join its residential construction team in the Wattala area. The role combines responsibilities of a Site Engineer, Technical Officer and Site Supervisor, focusing on the delivery of high‑quality housing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors and workers.
• Monitor quality, progress and workmanship on site.
• Check drawings, conduct measurements, level checks and verify site conditions.
• Maintain daily site records and provide progress updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years site experience for Site Engineer or 4 years for Technical Officer / Site Supervisor in residential house construction.
• Civil engineering or construction‑related qualification.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand site measurements.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Conducting site measurements and level checks.
• Supervising subcontractors, workers and material handling.
• Monitoring quality and workmanship on site.
