Senior Software Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

About the role

TIQRI is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support enterprise‑grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will collaborate with technical leads, architects, QA, and business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure and extend CRM entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and related components.
• Develop extensions using C#.NET, and JavaScript, and build Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports from Dynamics 365 and Dataverse data.
• Implement integrations with external systems via REST APIs, OData, and SQL Server.
• Support data migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Participate in solution design discussions, code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, reporting, and performance issues.

Required profile

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
• Proven ability to deliver customizations, integrations, and enhancements in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
• Ownership and accountability for solution quality.
