Senior SAP Business One Consultant

About the role

We’re hiring a Senior SAP Business One Consultant to lead end‑to‑end ERP implementation projects and help businesses improve their processes through technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full ERP implementation cycles from requirement gathering and gap analysis to configuration, testing, deployment and go‑live support.
• Analyze client business processes and translate requirements into effective SAP Business One solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP Business One modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Production.
• Prepare functional specifications for customizations, integrations and reports.
• Coordinate with technical/development teams on system integrations and enhancements.
• Manage data migration, system integration and user‑acceptance testing activities.
• Conduct end‑user training, produce documentation and provide post‑implementation support.
• Communicate with stakeholders, coordinate project deliverables and mentor junior consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 8+ years of ERP consulting/implementation experience with a proven record of successful project delivery.
• Strong functional knowledge of core ERP modules and business processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
