About the role
We are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations in a 4–5 star hotel. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in tourism or hospitality management and have 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve optimum room sales through effective yield management.
- Monitor daily performance and manage revenue using yield management techniques.
- Oversee and direct all aspects of Front Office operations efficiently.
- Plan and forecast future arrivals, handling special requests and communicating needs to relevant departments.
- Prepare statistical, performance and forecast reports to support annual budgeting and strategic planning.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and specific guest requests promptly.
Required profile
- Degree/diploma or professional qualification in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3‑5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong public relations, problem‑solving, negotiation and situation‑handling skills.
