About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team and provide empathetic, accurate, and professional assistance to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and incidents, ensuring service levels are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries and incidents with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
Manage business‑as‑usual tasks efficiently while meeting defined service levels.
Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow through to resolution.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
Document interactions and outcomes clearly and accurately in service systems.

Required profile

0‑2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a regulated industry such as financial services or insurance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Calm and composed when handling customer incidents or complaints.
