Customer Service Specialist – Thai (Relocate to Colombo)

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
• Gather and share customer feedback with the Supervisor/Department Head to help improve services.
• Prepare and generate reports related to customer concerns and inquiries.
• Conduct research to effectively address customer issues using internal systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Department Head.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Highly organized, self‑driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Must be willing to relocate to Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Required skills

• Proficient in email, live chat, and other digital communication platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
