About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate to join our customer service team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries and incidents with empathy and professionalism. You will work in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance while delivering high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and incidents, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Manage day‑to‑day business‑as‑usual tasks, meeting defined service level agreements.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk issues to the appropriate teams and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
• Document all interactions and outcomes clearly in the designated service system.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a regulated sector such as financial services or insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
• Calm and composed when handling complaints or incidents.
