ADN Staff – Assurance Position

About the role

EY is looking for fresh graduates to join its Assurance team as ADN Staff. You will work under the guidance of senior professionals, applying EY’s global review methodology to deliver high‑quality assurance services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality on assigned tasks following EY Global review methodology.
• Execute and document review procedures defined by engagement teams.
• Identify accounting issues promptly, document findings, and discuss them with senior staff.
• Collaborate with global engagement teams, building productive relationships.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency of review procedures across clients.
• Promote EY’s ethical standards and data confidentiality.
• Develop knowledge of EY technology and tools to enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a basic understanding of accounting and assurance concepts.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Logical reasoning, ability to multi‑task and work under pressure.
• Team player with a commitment to continuous learning.
