Student Consultant – UK Focus

About the role

We receive a large number of enquiries from our students. You will be responsible for counselling these enquiries and selling our services over the phone, by email and in person.

Key responsibilities

• Closely monitor and consistently follow up with students by maintaining a good relationship with them.
• Ensure accurate information is given to students.
• Maintain accurate details of each student and keep their information up to date.
• Successfully accomplish the targeted number of applicants each time or exceed set expectations.
• Handle conflicting and tough situations in a composed manner.
• Perform other related tasks as required by the business.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the UK higher education system, including universities, courses, and application procedures.
• Previous experience in student advising, consulting, or related roles is advantageous.
• Customer‑centric attitude and ability to work in a cross‑cultural environment.
• Excellent organisational skills to deliver reports and feedback from marketing initiatives promptly.
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, interpersonal.
• Demonstrated team player.
• Competent knowledge of relevant computer skills.
