Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Provides development expertise across the various streams in the software development domain and is responsible for implementation and quality automation of ISA's software products. The role assists in delivering software projects, adopting emerging technologies, and ensuring alignment with architectural principles.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver software products and components, contributing to technology stack, design, development, deployment and automated testing.
• Translate business needs into technical implementations in collaboration with product teams, project managers and IT solutions managers.
• Review and ensure quality, compliance and completeness of technical documentation, user guides and system specifications.
• Identify and adopt best practices, emerging technologies and technical tools that add value for ISA clients.
• Provide status reports, maintain effective stakeholder relationships and share knowledge across teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent; fluent in English.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a DevOps capacity.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and site reliability engineering principles.
• Strong object‑oriented programming concepts and development skills in one or more popular programming languages.
