About the role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join our team in Colombo. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Montessori education and a love for working with young children.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver age‑appropriate Montessori‑based lessons and activities.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observe and document children’s growth, development, and behavior.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and parents to support each child’s individual learning journey.
Required profile
- A Diploma in Montessori Education (MMI, AMI, or equivalent).
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience preferred (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
