Offshore Audit Professional – Financial Services

About the role

Join EY's Special Project Team as an offshore audit professional focused on financial services. Work virtually with EY teams across Europe and the US while operating from the comfort of your home in Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to global audit engagements for insurance, banking, and wealth & asset management clients.
• Execute complex audit procedures and develop client‑focused audit strategies.
• Plan, conduct, and manage audit and assurance engagements in line with international accounting and auditing standards.
• Build and maintain relationships to support tailored assurance services and business development.
• Prioritize multiple assignments in challenging environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in audit and assurance services.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality client service.

Required skills

• Experience with audit software applications.
