Network Security Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Network Security Consultant to join our global support team. The role involves handling tickets, leading technical incident calls, and providing break‑fix support for a worldwide network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tickets and incidents using the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead technical incident calls as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Troubleshoot and provide break‑fix support for network and security issues.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and define process improvements.
• Own issue resolution within SLA‑driven environments.
• Mentor and train team members as a SME.
• Conduct testing and auditing activities as required.
• Collaborate in a Follow‑the‑Sun global support model.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of experience as a Network Engineer supporting global infrastructures.
• Experience working in a Follow‑the‑Sun support model.
• Cisco CCNP/CCIE or equivalent industry certifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to lead complex real‑time incident calls and handle high‑pressure situations.

Required skills

• ServiceNow ticketing platform.
• Cisco Firepower, ASA, ISE, Meraki, and related security technologies.
• VPN technologies (IPSEC, SSL, GRE) and firewall policy configuration.
• F5 LTM/APM load balancers and Web Application Firewall.
• SD‑WAN concepts and experience (preferred).
• Wireshark, packet capture and analysis tools.
