About the role
Lead and manage quantity surveying and cost management activities for assigned construction projects, ensuring accurate cost control and commercial compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, valuations, and cost plans.
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs against approved budgets, and identify potential overruns.
- Handle contract administration, including variations, claims, and payment certifications.
- Support procurement and tendering processes, from documentation to evaluation and recommendations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams while mentoring junior quantity surveyors.
Required profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
