HubSpot Implementor (Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on HubSpot Implementor to own the digital infrastructure that supports our B2B marketing and revenue activities. The role will manage CRM and HubSpot administration, marketing automation, website and CMS, analytics, technical SEO and conversion optimisation, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and measured effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Own the implementation roadmap across website, CRM, automation and analytics, coordinating with content, sales and technical partners.
• Maintain HubSpot and CRM day‑to‑day, including lifecycle stages, contact properties, segmentation, workflows and data quality.
• Build and optimise landing pages, forms, email nurture programmes and automated journeys.
• Implement and monitor analytics, tags, events, UTM conventions and dashboards, translating performance data into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations or CRM within a B2B environment.
• Proven hands‑on ownership of HubSpot and CRM processes, including website and landing‑page management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate commercial implications.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to balance technical accuracy with customer experience.

Required skills

• Advanced HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM administration (lists, properties, workflows, reporting).
• CMS experience with HubSpot CMS, WordPress or Webflow.
• Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
• HTML, CSS and technical SEO (structured data, redirects, indexing).
• Conversion optimisation, testing methodologies and funnel analysis.
• Reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
