Finance Transformation - Senior Analyst

About the role

The Finance Transformation team advises CFO offices and finance functions on strategy, process redesign and technology implementation. As a Senior Analyst you will support engagements that improve performance, strengthen governance and boost operational efficiency for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand finance function challenges, operating models and transformation needs.
• Conduct finance process reviews, operating model assessments and re‑engineering initiatives to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop target operating models, governance frameworks, delegation of authority structures, RACI matrices, KPIs, policies, SOPs and process documentation.
• Perform financial analysis covering people, processes, technology, governance and organisational effectiveness.
• Support ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives through requirements gathering, process design, testing and change management.
• Prepare client deliverables, reports, presentations and proposals while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or equivalent professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, accounting, process improvement or auditing.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and present well‑structured arguments for change.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn independently.
• Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
