Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead digital marketing strategy, campaigns, brand presence, and a digital marketing team to drive growth and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel digital campaigns.
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team.
• Monitor campaign performance using data and insights.
• Drive continuous improvement across digital activities.
• Manage the brand presence across digital platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and high‑quality content.
• Work with internal teams, external partners, and agencies.
• Identify and adopt emerging digital trends and technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including 2 years at managerial level.
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategy, social media, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
• Experience leading and working with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with high‑end or premium brands is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, innovative, and results‑oriented mindset.
