Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Creative Designer to deliver engaging, high-quality visual designs aligned with user needs, brand standards, and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Project teams to translate technical concepts into compelling visual designs.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual content for project campaigns, social media, presentations, landing pages, and digital marketing materials.
• Design assets such as banners, infographics, email graphics, and promotional materials.
• Develop clear visuals for technical, security, readiness, and enterprise-focused content.
• Maintain consistent branding, typography, colors, and layout across all materials.
• Adapt and resize assets for different platforms, channels, and campaign formats.
• Support video, motion graphics, animation, and short‑form content when required.
• Research design trends and generate fresh concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
• Organise and maintain design files, templates, brand assets, and reusable resources.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Proven ability to create digital, social media, campaign, presentation, infographic, and marketing visuals.
• Excellent creative thinking, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and time‑management skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating graphic or digital design work.
• Basic knowledge of AI‑powered creative tools and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
