About the role
We are seeking an experienced Chartered Qualified Project Manager to join our client’s team in Kandy. The role involves leading projects from planning through completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring successful delivery of workplace solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, budget, schedule and monitor projects, managing risks and ensuring timelines are met.
- Coordinate daily activities with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring quality standards and compliance with contractual obligations.
Required profile
- Chartered qualification (mandatory).
- Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience in project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
- Willingness to work fully on‑site in Kandy.
