About the role
ITX Digital Services is seeking energetic Call Centre Executives to handle outbound calls, generate sales leads and support business growth. The position is based in Hokandara South, Sri Lanka and follows standard office hours.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Generate, qualify and convert sales leads.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills, English preferred.
- Customer‑service and sales‑oriented mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What we offer
- Competitive salary range LKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
- Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
