About the role

ECHELON MEDIA, the leading economic and financial markets news publisher in Sri Lanka, is expanding rapidly and creating new Business Development positions. The role combines sales, client relationship management, and digital market insight to drive growth for the Echelon, Economynext.com and Neon brands.

Required profile

Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Target‑ and KPI‑driven mindset.
Strong people‑management and teamwork abilities.
Excellent client and agency relationship skills.
Passion for digital trends and ability to apply them for results.
Effective communication and a positive attitude.
Degree‑level education or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in sales/digital sales within a media or digital agency.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
