Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Manager to refine and implement our corporate brand strategy, align it with business KPIs and long‑term growth goals, and position Dialog Finance as a visionary leader in the fintech space. The role will drive full‑funnel, cross‑channel campaigns and ensure consistent internal and external brand communication.

Key responsibilities

• Refine and implement the corporate brand strategy, aligning with business KPIs and growth objectives.
• Position Dialog Finance as a visionary fintech brand through strategic storytelling and executive communications.
• Lead 360° campaigns across ATL, PR, digital, social media, sponsorships, and internal communications.
• Identify, monetize, and productize brand partnerships and strategic sponsorships.
• Build alignment across teams with impactful internal branding programs.
• Utilize AI‑enabled marketing tools, brand and campaign data, and audience insights to optimize ROI and budget utilization.
• Develop board‑level strategy decks and monthly brand health updates, owning KPIs, timelines, budgets, and delivery standards.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in brand strategy, corporate communications, or marketing leadership within services industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related field; MBA or certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to build digital‑first brand frameworks and execute campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
• Strong analytical capability using dashboards, campaign data, and customer insights to drive action.
• Confidence in using AI‑powered marketing tools for research, ideation, content development, and optimization.
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
