Assurance Staff – AOA

About the role

Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Assurance team as an AOA Staff member. You will support global engagement teams, coordinate multi‑location activities, and ensure high‑quality delivery across tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist engagement teams with multi‑location coordination, engagement economics, confirmations, and project/database management.
• Maintain and update global engagement team databases and contact lists.
• Collect relevant client information from public sources and disseminate it via firm publications and databases.
• Take ownership of work outputs, review thoroughly, and meet all deadlines.
• Identify problems and exceptions early, informing regional teams promptly.
• Participate in weekly or bi‑weekly calls with regional counterparts, providing progress updates.
• Develop strong working relationships through open communication and proactive feedback solicitation.

Required profile

• Graduate with 0–3 years of general business experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
• Detail‑oriented, capable of multitasking and prioritising tasks.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate issues.
