Advanced Associate / Lead Associate – Assurance (AOA)

About the role

Join EY’s Assurance team as an Advanced Associate or Lead Associate within the Global Delivery Services (GDS) framework. You will support assurance engagements across multiple locations, ensuring smooth coordination and high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Assist engagement teams with multi‑location coordination, engagement economics, confirmations, and project/database management.
• Maintain and update global engagement team databases and contact lists.
• Collect relevant client information from public sources and disseminate it via firm publications and databases.
• Ensure all work is thoroughly reviewed and delivered on schedule.
• Identify issues or exceptions promptly and inform regional teams.
• Respond proactively to regional stakeholders and participate in weekly/bi‑weekly calls.
• Build strong relationships with global teams through open communication and feedback loops.

Required profile

• Graduate with 0–3 years of general business experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident and outgoing.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask, prioritize and follow up diligently.
• Interest in business, commercial acumen, and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
