Account Manager

About the role

Riskonnect is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients. The role focuses on client satisfaction, retention, and ensuring customers realize the full value of Riskonnect’s risk management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the health of the client book and execute improvement plans such as onboarding, web training, and email campaigns.
• Manage client renewals, negotiate enterprise contracts, and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with key decision‑makers, schedule stewardship meetings, and collaborate with Success Consultants on day‑to‑day requests.
• Drive resolution of issues across the firm, escalating when necessary, and track corrective action plans for at‑risk customers.
• Map customer stakeholders, partner with Account Executives during Quarterly Business Reviews, and manage feature‑request processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role within the enterprise software industry.
• Strong ability to build senior‑level relationships and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Analytical, process‑oriented mindset with the capacity to make timely decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and SaaS environments.
