Senior Lead IFS Finance Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior/Lead IFS Finance Consultant to drive the implementation and ongoing support of Finance modules within IFS Cloud for our international client. You will own the Finance workstream from solution design through Go‑Live, hyper‑care and post‑implementation improvement, working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Fit‑to‑Standard workshops and design finance solutions.
• Configure core finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Fixed Assets.
• Manage data migration, financial reconciliation and integration with banking, payroll and external systems.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go‑Live cut‑over activities.
• Provide L2/L3 support and continuous improvement after Go‑Live.
• Engage senior stakeholders and steer the Finance workstream end‑to‑end.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of ERP finance consulting experience.
• Proven delivery experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
• Experience in data migration, reconciliation and Go‑Live support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
