Radiologist – AI Training & Review Contractor

About the role

This remote, hourly contractor position is for a Radiologist Subject Matter Expert who will support AI development by reviewing and creating high‑quality radiology content. You will evaluate AI‑generated imaging responses, ensure clinical accuracy, safety, and clarity, and provide detailed written feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content: craft prompts and gold‑standard answers covering imaging appropriateness, protocols, differential diagnosis, and reporting concepts.
• Evaluate and rank AI outputs to improve clinical correctness, safety, and contextual relevance.
• Test AI recommendations for inaccuracies, unsafe imaging choices, and bias; validate reliability across diverse patient populations.
• Fact‑check imaging and clinical information, write clear explanations, and compare multiple AI responses for quality.

Required profile

• MD/DO (or equivalent) with completed Diagnostic Radiology residency and board eligibility/certification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional radiology experience in academic, community, teleradiology, or subspecialty practice.
• Strong clinical reasoning: translate presentations into imaging strategies and construct prioritized differentials.
• Deep understanding of imaging modalities, trade‑offs, artifacts, and protocol impacts.
• Excellent safety judgment regarding contrast, radiation, pregnancy, renal function, and anticoagulation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and C1‑level English proficiency.
