Junior Creative Designer – Digital & Print

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our global hospitality brand. You will support the marketing team by creating compelling visual content for both digital and print channels, helping to bring our brand story to life.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging marketing and promotional materials for digital and print platforms.
• Create artwork that aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.
• Edit and enhance photographs for marketing use.
• Produce basic video content for social media and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate artwork preparation for print production.
• Ensure all creative work adheres to established brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• CapCut or Filmora or Adobe Premiere Pro (basic video editing)
• Photo editing and retouching
• Understanding of print production processes
