IFS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant

About the role

IGT1 is seeking an experienced IFS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant to join its offshore delivery team. You will work closely with an international client, designing and implementing IFS EAM solutions that optimise maintenance processes and asset reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing maintenance workflows, asset hierarchies and reliability strategies.
• Map business requirements to standard IFS EAM modules and configure Equipment, Work Order, Maintenance Planning and Linear Asset modules.
• Define asset tracking metrics, preventive maintenance schedules and spare‑parts loops.
• Collaborate with developers to design system integrations (IoT, GIS, ERP) and create functional specifications for custom gaps.
• Migrate legacy asset data, service histories and preventative routines into IFS.
• Build operational dashboards and quick reports for maintenance managers.
• Deliver structured training, create user documentation and support UAT with realistic maintenance scenarios.
• Guide client teams through system cut‑over and early hyper‑care phases.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of IFS Cloud EAM, including Asset Management, Work Order, B2B Service and MRO modules.
• Experience in capital‑intensive sectors such as Utilities, Oil & Gas or Manufacturing.
• Understanding of ISO 55000 asset‑management standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear technical writing abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
