Graphic Designer – Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join the Sales & Marketing team at Radisson Blu Hotel Galadari Colombo. The role involves producing visual assets that support hotel promotions, campaigns, events and overall brand communication.

Key responsibilities

• Create designs for hotel promotions, campaigns, events and marketing activities.
• Produce photography and social media videography content.
• Develop creative content for social media, digital platforms and print materials.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing and other departments to meet design requirements.
• Ensure all designs adhere to Radisson Blu brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Assist with photo editing and other creative tasks as needed.
• Perform any other design‑related duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing team.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
• Experience in photography and videography.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good understanding of branding, social media and digital content.
• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer is an advantage.
